Payment Terms

1.  On booking Rs. 50, 000/- should paid by way of Cash / Cheque or DD in favour of ROCK 1 BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS, payable at Ernakulam.
2.  40% of the total value after deducting the booking amount must be paid within 15 days from the date of booking in order to execute sales agreement between the Owner and the Purchaser.
3.  Balance amount is payable within 60 days from the date of agreement for registration of the Sales deed.n

General

1.  Once allotted and the booking amount received the prices are firm
2.  Cost of stamp paper, registration charges, legal and miscellaneous expenses in connection with the registration of land are to be borne by the purchasers.
3.  Once the development is over the purchasers should form an Association and should be responsible for the maintenance of common amenities. The maintenance will be carried out by the developers till the formation of Owners Association which will takeover maintenance.
4.  If the Purchaser wants to construct compound wall for their individual plot, it will be done by Developers at an extra cost.
5.  Any cancellation after booking and before agreement, booking amount after deducting the necessary expenses will be returned to the purchaser.
6.  No cancellation will be allowed after the agreement.
7.  The developer / marketing agent receives the right to accept / reject any application without assigning any reason there of.
