A Hill County Bungalow is a definition of style. Three types of spacious bungalows set in open crossing lawns are just the place to unwind after work. In all, 283 bungalows in 3 types, measuring 3400, 2900, 2700 square feet in all facings give you a world of choices.

A Hill County bungalow is about choice. It’s about getting what you want, just from right kitchen to the perfect floors.

Each Bungalow comes standard with a modular kitchen, solar water heaters and wooden floors for study, staircase and master bedrooms.
