Smilee Views is a joint venture development project of Blue valley Properties and Evergreen Marketing Forum Bangalore. Evergreen Marketing Forum is one of Bangalore’s foremost farmland developers and their Smilee Greens & Smilee Orchards and Estate Club projects on Hosur Road were a grand success with over 80 acres of developed farm land being retained by the who's who of Bangalore. Their other recent projects are Smilee Ananda Vana on the Doddaballapur Road & Smilee Celestial on the Hosur Road.

The promoters of this project are Blue Valley Properties Pvt. Ltd.. Blue Valley properties are a reputed company involved in resorts and construction business in and around Bangalore, for the last 20 years. Their Blue Valley Resort at Masinagudi (enroute to Ooty) is a wildlife paradise and is very popular.

Prices/Schemes

Plan 1

Initial launch price is Rs. 550/- per sq. ft. for regular plots only. Corner plots as mentioned above will be 10% extra if allotted. This price is valid only upto 31st May 2007 and may be revised upwards.

80% payment along with the order and balance 20% on registration / approval of the layout by the authorities.

Plan 2

Price will be Rs. 700/- per sq. ft. for regular plots only. Corner plots will be 10% extra if allotted. This price is valid only for bookings upto 31/03/07.

30% of the payment along with the order and balance 70% payment on registration / approval of the layout by the authorities.

Please note that in addition to the plot cost, the plot owners have to pay an additional amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- towards the Development & Maintenance Fund which will lie in a debit-free account.

The Club Membership is free and compulsory. The plot owners will however have to pay an annual membership fee of Rs.1.50/- per Sq. Ft. The same shall be subject to revision every three years.

Government taxes including Service tax and VAT if applicable, stamp duty, registration charges & legal expenses will be extra and the same will be applicable as on date of the registration.
