Payment Plan I

Price Rs. 800/- per sq. ft. 70% down payment along with order. Balance 30% within 15 days from the date of Bangalore Metropolitan Rural Development Authority (BMRDA) approval and submission of legal papers.

Payment Plan II

Price Rs. 850/- per sq. ft. 50% down payment along with order. Balance 50% within 15 days from the date of Bangalore Metropolitan Rural Development Authority (BMRDA) approval and submission of legal papers.

• Corner plots will be 10% extra.
• Prices are valid from 01/02/2007 to 31/03/2007 and are subject to change.
