The developers of this project are Mr. Ramesh Shetty of ACE Building Constructions who are the contractors for Hollywood Town / Swiss Town for the last 12 years.

Mr. Ramesh Shetty had already completed 3 residential projects in Bangalore ie., one in Malleswaram, one in Cox town and one on Hennur main road. And he is also launching 10 premium apartment complex in Indiranagar near 100 feet road and this will be a premium project as each apartment is being priced at Rs. 1 crore.

Resale plots are priced at Rs. 1050/- per sq. ft. for regular plots and Rs. 1,200/- per sq. ft. for corner plots.

30% will be the down payment and balance 70% payment within 30 days from the date of down payment.

• Prices are valid from 01/04/2007 to 31/05/2007 and are subject to change.
• The maintenance deposit will be Rs. 50/- per sq. ft. which will be deposited in the bank and the interest & principal will suffice for at least 8 years to maintain the property.

Government taxes including Service tax and VAT if applicable, stamp duty, registration charges & legal expenses will be extra and the same will be applicable as on date of the registration.
