Internal Finishes:  Acrylic paint/oil bound distemper in pleasing shades in Drawing /Dining Room and dry distemper in Bedrooms. POP cornices in Drawing/dining Room & all Bedrooms. 

External Finishes: Textured Finish 

Electrical Work: Electrical work with copper wires in concealed PVC conduits. Provision shall be made for sufficient lighting & power points. Switches & Sockets. Telephone & TV points in each Bedroom, Drawing/Dining Room.

  2. Corner Units on 4th floor are Duplex Units & will be charged @ Rs.50/- per sq.ft. extra.
  3. Preferential location charges on corner units will be Rs.50000/- per unit extra.
  4. Lawn charges for Ground Floor Units will be charged extra @ Rs.200/- per sq.ft. & payable with the basic cost.
  5. Timely payment of installments is the essence of the agreement.
  6. Other terms and conditions of sale would be as per the standard allotment letter /Agreement of the company.
  7. The areas include covered area plus balconies, cupboards & projections and proportionate common areas such as corridors, passages, staircases, underground & overhead water tanks, mumties, boundary walls etc.
  8. The company would pay penalty to its customers @ Rs. 5/- per sq.ft. per month for any delay in handing over the flat beyond the committed period of 30 months from the date of commencement of construction . Similarly, customer would be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs. 5/- per sq.ft. per month if he fails to take possession within 30 days from the date of issue of  possession and interest @ 24% p.a. on delayed payments, if any.
  9. Stamp duty & registration charges of the unit would be paid directly to the Competent Authority as applicable.
  10. Prices are subject to change without any notice before booking at the sole discretion of the company and the price ruling on the date of booking and acceptance by the company shall be applicable.
