Doors And Windows:  Main door will have polished teak wood frame with a teak wood door of 35mm thickness with necessary brass safety fittings, door stoppers and locking arrangement internal doors will have teak wood frame with  polished compressed Doors of 30mm thickness with required Powder coated aluminum joinery. Windows will have teak wood frame with fully glazed teak wood framing shutters with necessary locking arrangements and safety grills to be provided. Provision for A/C vents in all the Bedroom Windows
 
Flooring:  Marble flooring with big size marbles in the Drawing, Living and Dining (6' x 4' size). Marble tiles flooring in Bedrooms, Kitchen and Balconies. (2 X 2 Size) with Tinoxide Polish Or Vitrified  Ceramic tiles (2 X 2) in living /dining, Vitrified Ceramic flooring (16" X 16") in Bedrooms. Parking area with specified marking in Durocon
 
Painting:  Hall, Dining, Bed rooms, Kitchen - two Coats of Asian Royale emulsion over a coat of primer with cement based luppum finish for internal walls. All internal walls will be painted with one coat of Oil based prime followed by two coats of  Plastic Emulsions. All external walls of the building will have one coat of cement paint followed by two coats of Weather Shield color. All internal doors and windows will paint with one coat of primer followed by two coats of enamel. All the safety grills will be painted with red oxide primer followed by enamel paint. All the paints used will be of standard quality Asian Paints
 
Kitchen:  Kitchen platform will have double polished granite with built in  stainless steel sink with 26" and 2 feet high dado wall with matching glazed ceramic tiles (designer tiles)
 
Toilets:  Toilets will have one European WC, Wash basin of 18 inches, shower, hot and cold water mixer. Toilets will have 6 feet 9 inches height dado glazed tiles. All the flats will have standard CP tap fixtures(Jaguar). Provision for Geaser point and exhaust provision in toilets
 
Electrification:  As per normal AP city Transco Regulations with concealed copper finolex wiring (ISI) and Roma/MDS modular switches. Copper 7/18 service wire for flat from main board. 15 Amps power points in Bedrooms, Kitchen and Hall. Calling bell socket to be provided. Each one Telephone line provision in Hall and bedrooms. Cable TV Point in the Hall and one in the Master Bedroom, Internet cable provision in any one room
 
Water Supply:  Provision for HMWSSB Municipal water connection and suitable Sumps for separate Municipal and bore well water connection will be provided. Municipal water connection shall be provided in the Kitchen only. Ground water shall be supplied through a common submersible pump and Over head Tank
 
Sanitary:  SWG/PVC Pipes for waste water lines and GI Pipes of good ISI Quality for water lines. Commodes and washbasins with Johnson. Poddar or Parry ware. Taps with jaguar standard model. (CP fittings)
 
Chajjas/Low Roofs:  One Chajja & one Laft shall be provided in Kitchen and  cement shelves in Kitchen and Bed rooms
 
Exhaust Fan:  Exhaust fan provision in Kitchen and Toilets
 
Elevation:  Beautiful Elevation with rich elements & colors, texture Coats. (Elevation drawing shall be finalized with the mutual consent of Land Lord & Builder)
 
Stair Case:  Marble steps with green marble skirting  with polish with SS Railing
 
Lifts:  OTIS/Kone with V3F System
