Painting: Hall, Dining, Bed rooms, Kitchen - two Coats of Asian Royale emulsion over a coat of primer with cement based luppum finish for internal walls. All internal walls will be painted with one coat of Oil based prime followed by two coats of Plastic Emulsions. All external walls of the building will have one coat of cement paint followed by two coats of Weather Shield color. All internal doors and windows will paint with one coat of primer followed by two coats of enamel. All the safety grills will be painted with red oxide primer followed by enamel paint.
