Kitchen:  Granite kitchen platform with steel sink 2’ height dado with Ceramic tiles above platform
 
Shelves:  Space provision for shelves in all rooms
 
Painting:  Oil bound distemper for inner walls over luppum finishing and cement based paints for external walls. Enamel paints for doors and windows
 
Electrical:  Concealed copper wiring with adequate light, power and fan points. One tube light, one fan point and one 5 amps 3 pin plug will be provided in bedroom and hall. One light point will be provided in toilet, balcony and passage. One exhaust fan point will be provided in kitchen. One 15 amps power plug will be provided in hall and M. bedroom
 
Water Supply:  By borewell and municipal water
 
Lift:  Lift facility for all floors. (6 person capacity) with stand by generator.
 
Hardware:  Brass hardware for the main door powder coated aluminium, alldrops. Tower bolts and handles for internal doors, windows
